Information we collect
When you send a contact or reservation request, fill out the Get Involved form, join our mailing list, or create a website account, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, age, ZIP code, interests, accessibility or transportation needs, and any notes. We do not collect medical records. Donations and membership enrollment are handled on Zeffy, not on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm event reservations, arrange accessibility support, and, if you agreed, send our newsletter.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your details with advertisers, and we do not add you to mailing lists you did not request.
Service providers
Website data, accounts, and form submissions are stored with our website host's secure database. Notification emails are sent through our website's email service. Donations and memberships are processed by Zeffy under its own privacy terms.
Photos and video
We photograph events and programs to share our work. Tell any staff member or coordinator if you prefer not to appear in photos, and we will honor it — before or after the fact.
Your choices
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling 708.916.4637 or using our contact form.
Children
Our programs serve adults 55 and older. Youth participate only through mentoring and volunteer activities with a parent or guardian's written consent.
